Just a thought, but the current unemployment and economic conditions are not attributable to Obama. He is not in office, and even if he was, he cannot just wave his hand and suddenly the economy is right again. Even if McCain and Palin had been elected, there still would be the unemployment rate there is, and there would be the same downturn in the economy weve seen since election night, these things have nothing to do with Obama. So please stop acting like since he is elected, suddenly every thing will be perfect again.
That isn't reality, not even close to it. I would not blame McCain for this mess if he'd been elected, since he has no control over it yet.

Prop 8 passed becuase the yes on 8 people spread propaganda about how prop 8 would some how affect what kids learn in school, even though clearly there is no reason to believe this. The hispanics thought 8 would some how teach their kids homosexuality in school(not the case, though a few cases were brought up, but not becuase of prop8).
The funny thing is gay marraige has nothing to do with school curiculum. If a teacher really wanted to teach kids about homosexuality(which btw is a protected status in California, as is Race, GENDER), then they still could. Also how exactly does one keep their kid from learning about homosexuality in modern society? Even with home schooling it will eventually come up, maybe not as soon, but society is pretty open about it.
And before you go hating gay people, check to make sure your not insulting people for their own choices, similar to how people insult you for home schooling your child(denying them the ability to deal with people by keeping her at home). What you do is your choice, same for other people. To tell one group of people they are not allowed to get married, is discrimination . How would you like it if us Atheists decided religious individuals where to radical to allow to get married, that they denegrate the institution, and it passed, since you radical religious people are a minority now? HMM? hate can go both ways, thats why you guys get so much hate comments, mail, etc. You spend so much time hating on others, you fail to see how much hate you really represent.
BTW THESE UNITED STATES ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE. VOTING ACCORDING TO RELIGIOUS BELIEFS DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT SEPARATION.
That said the constitution does not allow for mob rule. the majority DO NOT GET TO REMOVE RIGHTS FROM ONE GROUP OF PEOPLE, or set up laws that discriminate against one group of people.
Just to let you know, my mother was gay until she died this last summer of lung cancer, and she a wonderful person who was very loving and supportive, yet strong and structured. Being gay is not the curse you think it is,( i am not gay, as it is not a genetic thing like some of the right would like to think). So before you start leading with your bible, rember, YOU ARE NOT GOD, DO NOT PRESUME TO JUDGE YOUR FELLOW MAN.
In response to an article on Moms 4 sarah palin, I am so tired of the religious right telling other people what to do. It is not their place, their own effing bible tells em not to do it, but they ignore that(when it is convienient for them) and do it anyway. I am so tired of ignorant people who know nothing of which they speak, have never spent a day in their shoes, but will condemn them anyway simply because they are scared.

I find it interesting how well this post started, then how quickly it turns to condemnation of Obama again. Just because McCain/Palin lost does not mean Obama is an evil individual. BTW if Obama wanted socialism he probably wouldn't have voted to give money to some of the biggest names in Banking, as a bailout. Which McCain voted for as well. I think McCain and Obama aren't as far apart as you seem to think. Honestly Obama wasn't in the senate long enough for him to really have much of a voting record.
I do believe that the current economic problems have more to do with specific Senators and Congressmen than with one party or the other. And a lot of that has to do with lobbyists. You have to remember how much money is spent by lobbyists to get what they want. Look at Ted Stevens. He is Republican, been in the senate for a very long time. He just got convicted of accepting essentially bribes from an oil company. That isn't very hartening. It isn't a party issue, it is a political issue. People in power have a hard time divorcing themsevles from their own self interests. A big portion of the corruption in Washington is due to American and international corporations trying to change laws to suit their purposes.
Hopefully this will help you to understand why i feel that it is useless to try to predict what will happen, since we don't know all the factors involved. No one person knows everything the Government is doing at any given time, no one knows how many plots and intrigues these politicians are involved in. But remember, everyone of them owes someone something, even Palin. You don't get to be in charge without someone else's approval(and no im not talking about the public, im talking about those who make dissisions through money).
Now to those who come here to my blog from another, like Moms4Palin.com, understand that this isn't just a response blog for me, I do post other things. I just have a full time job and am working to start a family so I don't always have the time to make elaborate posts. Mostly this was a way for me to get out some of my passionate frustration with the world, relieve stress.
So please don't think that all i post is responses to someone else's blog. That is not the case, and I do have some older posts that are listed along the side of the blog. Thank you for reading. Feel free to post responses.

K the last one i have posted.
then post those that don't just agree with you. Show those that offer different opinions but without the hate of the above post. Without occasionally showing a bad one like that, the rest of us don't know what your talking about when you complain of the many comments you get that are negative. Also simply eliminating comments because you don't like what has been left previously seem s a little petty without the context of what else you are receiving.
Show that you want actual debate of your ideas, not just agreement with your ideals. Anyone can find people who agree with them, will validate their opinions. To discuss with people who don't agree will strengthen your beliefs or will allow you to analyze your beliefs and see which truly apply and which are simply rhetoric.
Hopefully you will post this since it has no hate, only a hope for future discussion.
BTW ive said before that I would love to have you come to my blog and comment, say what you will. But to not communicate at all, well that is just pointless. We need people to talk out the problems, not let them fester. I comment because i want to understand why you believe what you believe, not just the rhetoric but the actual underlying reasons.
Odds are she won't post this comment, because it doesn't immediately agree with her. But we will see. Maybe she might even decide to come comment here. I doubt it though. Most people want you to come to them, but don't want you to disagree. It is sad in a way, that so many blame others for their shortcoming, instead of looking inside for the reason.
